I know there are more than a few Bulldog fans out there, so you might want to visit the Mack Trucks Historical Museum at Allentown PA.
I visited there last year, and I thought it was fantastic.
Although the exhibit and customer center are not specifically targeted toward the old Mack fire apparatus business, it is a very interesting trip for anyone with even passing interest in big trucks and the Mack brand in particular.

Thank you "sandero" for posting this. Some of those FDNY Mack War Years Pumpers and Tower Ladders are still out there proving themselves.

I watched the two busiest Ladder trucks be put through the paces. Providence Tower Ladder 1 and Tower Ladder 2. I think formerly FDNY Ladders 13 and 114.

Chelsea, Mass had one. And I know Belltown Vol Dept in Stamford is still running one.

  Tough rigs.

If I recall correctly, when I visited the museum they had a couple of restored engines on display (a CF triple and a much older conventional rig).
Even though today Mack is owned by AB Volvo, they are still encouraged to show pride in their history.
