I know enough about flying to be dangerous. The simple thing would be go around with that much going wrong. From the little I know, the pilots flying freight aren't the most experienced. There are some that make a carreer out of flying freight which theres nothing wrong with. They use it as a stepping stone to get hours and experience and then move into the big passenger lines. Its possible 2 inexperienced pilots got into a little fixable trouble and forgot that if it doesnt seem right, dont do it.I would assume 200 knots is above V1, why not firewall the throttles, pull back on the yoke and attempt a touch and go?
NTSB says a go-around was attempted but throttles were then set to idle and brakes applied.I would assume 200 knots is above V1, why not firewall the throttles, pull back on the yoke and attempt a touch and go?
