Just wondering, the picture of engine 281 in old school apparatus. It looks like Engine 281 is down by the World Trade Center. I see 4 Truck in the background. Is that the 1993 WTC bombing?

It is the WTC site, just look at the street signs: Vesey and West Streets.

Also appears the NYPD CARV Truck is also present at the WTC.
