Morse identifier BII?

I recently noticed a new morse identifier, in addition to the KYE994 station ID, appearing on the Brooklyn frequency.

It's a spaced  " B  I  I "  or    _.../../..   

Does anyone know what this is all about?  What BII means?

We just switched to new base radios, Motorola Quantors. I'll listen for it and let the techs know. It's probably left over text.

When in the trailers, the Bronx had "B X E E"  after the KED962 Morse. No more since the new radios.
