MVA/PIN North Channel Bridge Box 1633

There was a Mva Pin Job at the north channel bridge in Broad Channel at 23:45 does anyone have any info on this ? I think the rundown for this box 1633 pin job is Engine 331 Ladder 173 Battalion 39 Rescue 4 Squad 270.
 
5-7 signal with E331, L173 initially, TL155, Rescue 2, Battalion 39 on a confirmed pin.
 
More info on the MVA/Pin north channel bridge box 1633 FD confirmed Doa in one of the cars also Pd had cross bay blvd closed for over an hour it must have been a bad one.
