New Tool Could Ease Firefighter Risks, Delays at Homes With Solar Panels

Very interesting.  Does anyone know if NIOSH, NIST, NYS, FDNY, NYC DoBuildings or other agencies have standards regarding weight and any other issues on solar panels, cell phone towers and other energized weights added on to buildings after construction?
