Pocahontas cut?

Okay. Call me strange, but I was listening in on Bronx dispatch.  Dispatcher was asking Engine 71 why they were 10-99 at their box.  Engine 71 stated they had a man with a "pocahontas cut" and they were assisting him/her down to the street.  The dispatcher stated back "You have a pocahontas cut?" Engine 71 replied "Yes."  First of all what the heck is a pocahontas cut? 

The dispatcher sounded dumbfounded and seemed like he wanted to ask what they were talking about. But just replied "10-4 71."

Did anyone else hear this?
 
The Pocahontas cut is a section of the railway that runs through their response area.  I think it is a freight line
