1427 - BOX 9367 - 35-31 98 ST - 35 AVE - 37 AVE
Box filled out to Batt 49  because of numerous calls.

"10-75 the box, private house, smoke from the house with people trapped 2nd floor".

TL163 s/c extra truck for reports 2 children trapped in Attic.

1433 - L129 Reports that 98 st is blocked off at 39 ave.

1436 - BC49 - Size up is as follows, 1-street, 2-is a 2 1/2 sty, 3-rear yard, 4 - a 2 1/2 sty.
                    Fire in a 2 1/2 sty peak roof private dwelling, fire in the basement. Trucks
                    are opening up. 1 L/S/O. Its 120x60...using all hands.
1436 - BC49 - Primaries 2nd and 3rd floor negative.

1437 - Div14 - All hands, 2 L/S, 1 in operation, all visible fire knocked down. Primaries second
                    and third floor are negative, probably will hold.
                    DURATION: 19 min.

1428 - Div 14 - Return the extra engine and truck.

1448 - Div 14 - Go with a 10-41 code 1, mixer off.
                      Fire under control.

1452 - Div 14 - Correction, not under control, go with a PWH, secondary search still in progress.
                      Batt 49 is the incident commander.

        Batt 49 - Secondaries in the attic are negative.

1456 - Batt 49 - All secondary searches are negative, under control.
                     
                      JOB DURATION: 32 Minutes.

Initial ticket was at 14:25 hours for Engs 289 and 316, L154, Battalion 49.  E307 and L136 assigned on a second source, and 1 minute later E287, Rescue 4, and Squad 288 assigned on multiple calls.

Thanks, I sat down when it came over so I missed the begining. I was sure that 289 was first due, but since I wasnt 100% sure, I didn't post it.
