Liberty Ave + Rockaway Blvd Station - IND "A" Line
E286 TL121 BC51 SQ270 RESCUE 4 RB01 SB01

CLR STATES MALE TRANSIT WORKER DOWN ON TRACKS POSSIBLY ON 3RD RAIL.

E285 Has a conformed TA woker fell on tracks, re power removal

BC51 - Worker was in contact with 3rd rail, CPR in progress.

BC51 - Pt removed, all memebers off tracks, CPR in progress, return all specual units
except squad 270. 10-37 code 2.

Patient being transfered to Jamaica hospital in cardiac arrest, ALS established

 
Was TL 142 available as they are in the same house as E285?  L121 is normally in the 47th Battalion in the Rockaways
 
Im sorry....that was an error ... TL142 was on the box, not TL121. My error....thanks for the correction. ;D
 
No problem! It can happen very easily - anybody who does rundowns understands!
