Can anyone advise what the issue is at the Manhattan bound lanes is. Literally talking in code.Rescue 4 was special called , when they asked if this was an accident they were advised to call Manhattan dispatch via Cell. NYPD aviation is up. Why would a Long Island liaison be responding?
