Are there Still 2 Engine & 2 Trucks on Governors Island

I also noticed L704 is house at "Seaview" where is that exactly?

Seaview is a rehab hospital/nursing home/assisted living complex in the middle of SI. Complex also houses volunteer FD known as Metropolitan FD and a volley ambulance service as well. If this is the seaview they're referring to, it wouldn't surprise me they have a reserve rig quartered here.

FDNY has a small repair shop there attached to the EMS station at Seaview.

If I recall L-704 has been OOS for several years and no longer there. It was also the only reserve tower ladder.
