Was walking around in the city saturday and something came to mind, if people are willing to buy knock off crap of bags,watches,etc and buy pictures of nyc,gound zero, that the seller didnt take, How about selling fdny apparatus pics. Is it illegal, any trademark issues,etc. Im thinking of doing this to buy better camera equipment and helping my way with tuition. But here is my catch and im not going to be a scrooge about it if it succeeds im also willing to donate a portion of any profits to a fdny charity. Im just interested in the legal issues of all this.
