That car was the chief of the dept. I remember how those old cars had chrome all over the place. The rank of chief of the dept was abolished before my time. Mack,,I saw the vid you posted before. I worked for the BC in the vid at one time. One of the best chiefs you'd ever want to work for. His last name was,,,Campbell,, so naturally he was known as,,,"soupy".
