Often not all info is available for the posting of working fires and incidents, such as location etc, i find this site can be quiet helpfull;

Along with this site, you can download FDNY firehouse locations, and FDNY box locations into Google Earth, scroll down to the 'Non Texas' list, and Brooklyn boxes and Bronx boxes are under 'B' and Manhattan under 'M' etc;

I think this was once available on this site, but cant find the thread any more.
