Staten Island will no longer respond to "fender bender" vehicle accidents

This is BS & will result in problems for the FDNY (as well as anyone driving thru NYC)..... www.tapatalk.com/groups/theerant/nypd-richmond-cnty-sherrif-s-dept-no-longer-respon-t100235.html

I called my local precinct for a car parked in a fire hydrant - the response I got was
"am I sure the car does not belong to a police officer or fighter. I said UH!!!!  They hung up.

Then I reported the same car to a police officer on my corner - but that officer threatened to
give me a summons if I did'nt stop blocking the crosswalk - with all the double-parked cars
there was no other place to pull in to get the cops attention.

Our dear old mayor has given the cops the lowest moral.
