In addition isn't there a minimum requirement for hose as well on a quint?

800 feet or more 2.5 or larger supply, 400 feet of 1.5 to 2 inch hose

Who would want to climb a 137 foot areal ladder ? At that height I beleive a platform would be more practical.

I know from experience it's tight on a 100 at the tip. Cant imagine a 137 being much better.
