Thanks. . . But I've done that several times and even uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. I'm at the point of kicking it to the curb.
 
Trying to get the "notifications sounds" to come up under personalization for over 4 months.. No luck - is this maybe an Android phone problem?
I've read that some have uninstalled and reinstalled the ap with no luck either. Were they also Android platforms?

Yes and yes . . . it certainly appears the Android version of this app is well. . . . trash. As you pointed out there is NO selection of notification sounds, there is NO filtering options of the notifications, and any help is nearly nonresistant. A real dumpster fire since the launch of this "new" app.
 
I just noticed that the photos being posted by Admin LI and a couple others. Gavin Wynne, Dan Admin can be enlarged. Thanks for fixing this!
 
NYCFIREWIRE APP has channels to listen too. Thats how I listen now

I not 100% sure what cities they have. I have on mine:

Baltimore MD
Charlotte NC
Chicago IL
Detroit MI
Louisville KY
Philadelphia PA
St Louis MO
Washington DC

All 5 Boroughs Fire & EMS plus city wide for both

For notifications for jobs you can selected any state plus Canada and the UK

Not to mention Nassau and Suffolk Counties
