Not bad, Chief. But I don't think that was the greatest play in baseball history. The one below was. Now, i was never a Giants fan. To me, nobody was as good as Dem Bums from Ebbets Field. But you've got to appreciate the talent and drive that Willie Mays had . .. . and in my mind, this was his greatest moment . . . and the greatest play in baseball history:
Thank you Chief for a truly remarkable baseball play. What is so moving was that the fans rose to their feet and began singing "God Bless America". Monday's actions are commonly called "baseball's greatest play".
What a lot of people forget is that "The Catch" was GREAT but he turned around and threw the ball and doubled off the runner at 2nd base. Mays was an all round 5 tool player.
