Virginia Task Force 2 (Hampton Roads area) has been alerted to deploy to Vermont to assist in the response to severe flooding there. Anyone know of more deployments to New York, Vermont or other locations in New England?

CT-TF-1 deployed to Vermont - Swiftwater component

North Carolina TF-3 from Charlotte is here now. Other units are deploying from New Hampshire, Michigan, New Jersey, and California according to the governor's press conference. There have been dozens of swiftwater rescues so far, and there's going to be a lot of work for the USAR teams when the water recedes. It's as bad in some places as the damage from Irene in 2011, and worse in others. So thankful for everyone who is coming to help, we're going to need it.

Stay safe up there, I have a bunch of friends and family in VT and Western MA and they are all saying this is the worst they've ever seen.
