With all that is going on just a reminder that today is National Vietnam Veterans Day. We were the brothers who fought without America's support, the brothers who returned without America's welcome, the brothers who will always be the best America had. Welcome back to all my brothers, and to those whose name appear on The Wall, may you rest in peace.  GG, 1968-69, Saigon, DaNang, Hue, PhuBai.

Thank You, All. God Bless Those Who Serve; and Those Who Mourn, Rest In Peace.

58,220 of our U.S. Military died during the Viet Nam War. Each one serving our country for all of us. Each one having family and friends who suffered the loss of their loved one and buddies. In my high school graduation class, two personnel friends of mine where among that 58,220.

Despite the wide spread Americans who did NOT support the war heroes, there were many that DID support our troops and greatly appreciate the fact that young Americans were risking their lives to keep our country FREE.

Today, America IS A FREE COUNTRY. Your efforts were NOT in vain. We ALL enjoy the FREEDOMS that our Vietnam Veterans fought and died for.

We must continue to HONOR those who did their part and many who are still suffering from the effects of that war. They are America's Heroes.
