Probably a spare EMS Division

Its marked FSD  im going with fleet services which is the mechanics

It is a shop vehicle, however they have been loaned out to Chiefs on both the Fire and EMS side when normally assigned vehicles were in for repair.

  "FDNYBuff97", the above picture is different from the first picture posted on this thread. If you look close to the first one it has the letters "FSD" (Fleet Services Division). And the picture you posted is no doubt FDNY/EMS Div 2 as you say.

  But just so you know, the FDNY has MANY of these vehicles. They all look the same. I have a photo of one similiar that has "EMS Div 4" on it.

Haha , that's actually his Bubble Jacket , I asked one of the Medics & they said It's EMS Division 2
