Units dispatched @23:33 to the area of the Norfolk Southern Railroad Black Diamond rail bridge, over the Susquehanna River, in the area of Riverside Dr., for the reported female that jumped off the bridge into the river. Upgraded to a working water rescue.
LCCC911 – WBPD reporting they witnessed a female jump off the rail bridge into the river@23:34
187-F6 – Advise Norfolk Southern Railroad we will be operating on their Black Diamond bridge and traffic needs to be ceased @23:35

187-F6 – Boat will be needed to retrieve the victim, continue 137 @23:38
187-F6 – Patient contact made, loading unresponsive female onto boat @23:46
