I'm gonna have to refer that question to my sister. She started work for Simplicity Patterns in the Fashion District in 1968 and lived three blocks down East 67th Street from Engine 39/Ladder 16 (you could still walk down the block in front of quarters). She told me that getting flashed by dirty old men was a daily occurrence. It's New York.

Looks like he's dry humpin....... must be a fan. Lot worse in NYC... citizens better wake up everyday something in the papers. Citizens of NYC get out of their ideology views & get back to common sense views & vote these politicians out that don't care bout them & only keeping their jobs.
