Its time to make an example out of this piece of garbage. The mayor. gov and AG all need to be on board with serious criminal charges being filed. They want these speed cameras go and check the footage. They're all over Ocean Pkwy so I bet they passed at least 1way over the limit. They want to use these to generate revenue so now its time to use it for what it was supposedly intended for which was "safety". Already driving with suspended license is supposed to get you arrested so now tack on the charges. If you can give the rest of us a ticket for 1mph over the threshold you can crucify this one.
