TL115 is a great spot. 95 foot TL close to Brooklyn and the east side.Same for T115, L116, T117
I saw this and thought I was just going crazy lolIn the article:
"More than 140 firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire just before 2 a.m. at a home near Shore Drive and Lafayette Avenue in Throggs Neck."
&
"Another fire broke out just before 4:30 a.m. at an Allerton deli near Adee Avenue and White Plains Road. Officials said it became a four-alarm fire within 30 minutes.
Seventy-four first responders were on the scene. There are no injuries reported, officials said."
I think their numbers are a little off.
TL115 can’t even turn out of the firehouse now with the 75’ so I highly doubt they will get a 95’TL115 is a great spot. 95 foot TL close to Brooklyn and the east side.
Finding an engine to supply them? Thats on a better main, with an unfrozen hydrant, with the manpower to drag the hose potentially hundreds of feet, with snow banks blocking access to all of the above? Just a thought.Just a thought. While L160 and L51 were operating their streams, what was L44 doing? I watched the video. From the time they said L44 was to set up to the time they actually got their bucket up and started streaming was at least 20 or more minutes
If you watch the video when I passed TL44 they were thawing out a hydrant and right after they did they engine supplied them.Just a thought. While L160 and L51 were operating their streams, what was L44 doing? I watched the video. From the time they said L44 was to set up to the time they actually got their bucket up and started streaming was at least 20 or more minutes
