Several years ago in Chicago there was an accident involving a CTA bus on the South Side. As Engine 19 and Truck 11 pulled up on the scene they noticed people climbing onto the bus through the windows!

Video from news appears to show no emergency lights were on for the rig and that the bus had green light. If true, moreso of a payout here.
