1237 HT2 - Fire is transmitting a Second Alarm and a 10-45, Responding.

1237 5R - Send me that Second Alarm in Queens, advise the conditions they are reporting (2) 10-45s.

1237 52B - (2) Patients, already made patient contact, going to need alot more BLS Units here.

1237 CW1/52B - What color tag, and do you have staging?

1238 52B - No, Conditions arrives on scene, we just had (2) Patients come into our ambulance, fire is on scene they are giving us patients.

1239 CW1 - Attention all citywide units, MCI 21 is upgraded to a MCI 22, Location the same, EMS CAD 2419, Box 9411.

1241 HT2 - Fire is transmitting a Mayday for a collapse of the building.

1241 CW1/HT2 - 10-4 Units are enroute, we are adding extra units to the complement.

1241 HT2 - 10-4 and be advised fire is transmitting a Third Alarm.

1242 52B - Urgent We need alot of BLS Units here.

1242 5R - Send them the Third Alarm Complement and have the First Conditions give a 10-12.

Must of been some shady stuff going on in the original fire building. They have three mounted video surveillance cameras facing the front entrance and an extension cord from the first floor window going up to the second floor window.
