I started in the company in '89 and in the years that followed we lost guys who worked on restoration at the CO. Mostly splicers and linemen who worked in the vault for the weeks following. I'm sure others too that never put it together where the cancer came from.

Once again an occupied building is put in danger because of the city's refusal to arrest and prosecute squatters. Now of course there will be a major investigation because one of them is dead. Get them out, take down the vacant building and problem ends.

They should go back to towing like they did years ago. They'd tow you for being in a no standing zone much less a hydrant.
