    FROM HORSES TO HORSEPOWER, A HISTORY OF PHILADELPHIA FIRE APPARATUS 1871 TO 2017 has just been released.  The author is PFD Historian Jack Wright who also writes the Philadelphia column in Fire Apparatus Journal.  272 pages. $45.     I came across a three part series INSIDE LONDON FIRE BRIGADE on you tube.  Each episode is about 45 minutes.  I found it to be an interesting look at the operation of the LFB.  Had to be done quite recently because there is a lot of Grenfell Tower coverage.
