I heard that there was a High-Rise job up at Richman Plaza and some first and second alarm units like E-42, 43, 92, L-49, 44 & 59 were working there. I noticed L-42 on the box, who were they relocated to?

I heard on a 1010 WINS news report that somebody was complaining that they didn't have a Tower Ladder early at this fire.
