Manhattan Box 0255 stuck at 413 Grand St

Man stuck in a hole with rock and soil to his chest


-RB Have vacuum truck come in off E Broadway 16:32

-Car 4A 10-84 at the stuck man 16:33

-D1 have all incoming come to the Command Station at Clinton off E Broadway 16:33

-SOC Logistics 10-84 16:34 26 mins

-RB ETA for SOC Compressor? (5 mins) 16:36

-RB have the SOC Compressor come in on Grand St, we'll clear a space for them right in front of the building (-SOC Compressor 10-84) 16:38

-L25 we're stuck in grid lock on the UES, we'll be delayed getting in 16:40

-FC request from ConEd a second vacuum truck and we're working on the instructions for L132 16:40 32 mins

-FC have L132 stand-by at Clinton and Grand St (MN to FC...30 mins for the second vacuum truck) 16:41

Battalion 4 requested a 2nd Rescue Task force for a construction worker buried up to his waist under gravel and rock at a construction site. Battalion 4 reported using A/H, setting up for high angle.
