1939 Grand Concourse between Echo Place and East 178 Street

TL33 redirected into the box for report of a fire

Engine 75 to the BX: 10-75, fire out the windows

Fire on the 6th floor of a MD

TL-44 FAST

CIDS: 6 story 100x100 class 3 MD, 1 floor below concourse entrance basement apt 1E-1I. 2nd entry on 178 Street to basement level.

BC13 to BX: All-Hands for fire on the 6th floor. Continue in Rescue 4 if you can.

Div. 6 to BX: Start out an extra engine and truck and let me know the identities please (E079 & T045)

Div. 6 to BX: DWH, secondary searches are underway. We now have 3L/S/O, main body of fire KD.

Can hear E50 on h/t taking up a line

E42 was elsewhere
E92 was on another box, became 10-8, assigned as 4th engine

E46,48 were operating at 10-77 3101
E42 was on another run, missed job
