10/1/17 Bronx 5th Alarm Box 2845

Perhaps you should stay in Connecticut where there is never any confusion over streets.  LOL
 
Back in THE DAY many, many repeat jobs not only at the same Box but in the same bldg until it was no more.
 
My guess is, a week after the 2nd alarm, everything dries out, and these boobs turn the power back on.  Same piece of BX is still arcing and now everything's WIDE open.
