They are now doing evacs along 57th street and coned working on shutting down gas service under 57th street. Looking at the photos, if this wind keeps up , good chance it might come down to street level.

I would imagine theres not a whole lot FD can do here with wind speeds high other then monitor it. If it does come down its cause cause a fair bit of damage to the building let alone whats under it on the ground
