Speaking of double parked cars, if a car is blocking the appratus bays, is the company just supposed to call PD for them to come tow it, then respond to the sence or just nofify dispatch that they can't respond due the dumb*** that decided to block the bay.

I remember the Third Watch episode where some idiot blocked the bay. Another truck was coming from a sence on the BQE. (I forgot the LCC's name sadly) The LCC said "I'll get us there in 3" (the truck coming from the BQE was 5 mins away) the owner comes to try to get his car. Turns out, that car got absolutely WRECKED and Sully got it towed. Dorhety says something really dumb and the owner pulls out a bat and ends up whacking people.

Citizen blocking L47 quarters while he went across street to get lunch. 10 minutes later he came back and just shrugged shoulders and drove away
