Which is probably why fleet services supervisors are assigned on different alarms. So when an issue pops up like this, they can get the ball rolling to get the equipment fixed or out of the way. Or get the fuel truck moving if needed.

I noticed the Tower Ladders hitting fire coming through the roof of the Taxpayer. Please note they are NOT aiming the Tower Ladder Streams INTO the holes that fire is venting out of. The Tower Ladder streams are being used to reduce the fire ON and Through the roof because, the taller Exposure buildings are close to the venting fire. They are protecting the Exposures, NOT aiming the streams into the venting holes of fire. If they aimed INTO the holes that would affect the release of the fire, heat and smoke from the holes. Let me know if you agree with my observations Captain Bob Rainey FDNY Engine 26 retired.
