This was called a 10-41 Code 1 because establishment was closed and multiple sources of fire indicated. Mixer was not turned off.

The Local I am a member of has used them for catering on holidays for many years. In fact at my work location we just had lunch from there this week. That's a shame hopefully they can recover.
