This block is as bad as it gets with cars. The neighborhood already has a car on every hydrant, a car parked into every intersection and permanent double parking on every street. Add into the mix the 46 precinct, which does not have a parking lot.

This and surrounding neighborhoods perennially have the lowest household income levels and the highest rates of public assistance use. Despite that, every one seems to have a late-model vehicle. Add on the fact that an MD is being built on every available lot and every PD is being torn down to build an MD.
