B-15: Transmit a box for a working fire in Mount Vernon area, the fire is located at Johnson St & W. Kingsbridge Rd. - 14:09

B-15: Using 2&2 assisting MV to gain control, making sure there's no exposure problems. - 14:21

Thank you - muchly.  I thought perhaps it might be a factory or something big like that.
 
When Secor Ave hits the Mt Vernon border it becomes Johnson St. Same street with a different name. #5 Johnson St is one of the first houses over the border. With the strong winds and the threat of exposure problems, the 15th Batt elected to be on location to protect his interest I would think.
 
Square wheels: The FDNY has a long history of mutual aid with Westchester depts. what happened at this call is nothing new. To pull up at a borderline box and assist or to pull lines has been done numerous times before. As far as who?s protecting da Bronx relocators get put into place
