If all available, response is:

96 94 82 45  54 48 31 BN 3

A guess on the 2d alarm:

73 64 50 46        42 47 but maybe not in that order. Somebody correct me if wrong.

96/54 and E45/58 were out elsewhere when the box came in. E64 and L42FAST filled out the box.
96/54 then went 10-8 and were assigned in as extra E/T.  Bn 3 transmitted 2d alarm on arrival for fire on 3d floor of a 6 story MD. E45 went 10-8 and assigned 1st due on 2d alarm. I never heard the full 2d alarm assignment but all 2d alarm units were then ordered to proceed 10-20. That's a first for me...never heard that before. 1st alarm companies must have done one helluva job getting to it and knocking it down. All special units returned.

I've seen it happen a couple of times, or a chief will drop a 2nd and only want the Engines and Trucks(only seen that once, and in the Bronx). Better to have and not need than need and not have.

Both E96/TL54 became available from a box a few blocks away and were sent in as additional Engine & Truck on the all hands.  Engine 45 became available from the same run that 96/54 was on which was only a few blocks away and was sent as first due on the second alarm.

E96/TL54 both on a gas leak on Taylor Ave, turned out to be someone complaining of garbage in the lobby. box 2846 was E94 E82 E73 L48 TL31 BC03

On the 10-75 L42 FAST TL54 E96 (from Taylor Ave) E45 also from Taylor Ave Box.

I do believe that E-64 went in 4th due. 96/54 became available and were sent in as additional units above the 4 & 2 (E-94,82,73,64, L-48,TL-31)
E-45 went in 1st due on the 2nd
