MD to B-7: we're receiving a couple calls on this, we're also receiving the address 438 West 33 St. for a fire at Zou Zou’s. - 21:49

B-1: Souds like B-7 was trying to give the 10-75 - MD to B-7: Are you transmitting the 10-75?

B-7: 10-75 - All Hands - 21:57

B-7: Transmit the 10-77 - We have smoke on the upper floors - 22:09

For some reason MD thought B-7 is transmitting the 2nd Alarm, units were then placed back in service, 10-77 designations weren't announced over the air.

B-9: MBFKD - 22:12

D-1: Fire was in the ductwork of a commercial, fire is K/D - 22:20

FC: Special call 2 additional trucks (L-128 act. 24 & TL-18 act. 12) - 22:38

FC: We have (1) 10-45 code 3 - 22:41

FC: All hotspots in the ductwork has been K/D - Companies are in the process of checking the class 3 alarms in the adjoining building, PWH - 23:00

FC: Under Control - 23:08

6 trucks prior to the all hands?
All the special call goes into one section. On the special call. E3 was added onto it probably should have been put on to assign specific with L43 since they were “waved in” they did 2 special calls for trucks (E3 backed up E1 on the first line)
