This is a border box for 45/88. 88 was out on medical (at least they were later on) so G-man Rule applies. Box came in with E42 3d due but E46 went 10-8 and replaced them. So it probably was:

45 46 48  58 38 B18

then 42 and L27. Edumacated guess as full 1st alarm did no go out over the air. How wrong am I?
