Very unusual for Throggs Neck. Also unusual that the relocators, E50 Act E89 and L42 act L47 did not touch the second all hands at box4029 because they were at another box 4140 which came in right before 4029. The first sections had both fires and the relocators took the 10-18 for the stove fire and then continued to relocate.

That was exactly what happened. There were some re-directions from 4140 to 4029 and all the first alarm companies at 4173 wound up at 4029. Lad 47 was sent in as a 3rd truck. the first 2 were TLad 50 and TLad 54. The job at 4173 was a very quick knockdown with the Under control in something like 16 minutes.
