Why Marine 4? Building is not on the water
Usually any structural call within a couple blocks of water (regardless of if there’s a major highway in between) gets the marine response.

It’s often nonsensical like a box for fireproof projects in Manhattan where they would need to stretch over the Harlem River Drive.

In some rare instances like car fires this policy has seen great effect with marine units knocking down highway car fires while units are stuck in traffic getting there. But that’s right on the water anyway.

You are correct - 7136 is 43rd Ave & Crescent St.. so definitely a typo.
