The satellite started responding into that area after a large mansion burned in Fieldston section on Indian Road. The mains were 6” and when dug up with silt they were maybe 2” or so. The entire area around Fieldston had the water mains replaced and upgraded to at least 12”. They never changed the satellite assignment after mains were changed. For those who do not know the Fieldston section is basically a private community of large mansions and they are responsible for maintaining roads and once a year close the roads into area to maintain the status.
