E42 is quiet a long way from the box, Isnt E81 and E52 closer??, maybe lots of boxes out at the time and relocations etc.

Long treck for E39 with HR2, wonder of they made it to the box.

E39 made it.  I saw them coming down the Hutch around 8pm.

Maybe 42 was on the way to a relocation or something.  That's way too far.
Perhaps it was E48 and a typo.  Although they would be after E88.

Not a typo E-42 on the 2nd according to the Disp.

E-81 and E-52 along with L-37 assigned to a box on Grace Ave and E 233st when 2nd alarm was transmitted, there were a few boxes out in that area so some companies traveled a bit to get out to coop city for fire. City Island units do not leave Island for coop city boxes, I think the may have 1 or 2 boxes on mainland side of bridge maybe one of our bronx dispatchers could verify.
