BC 48 reports smoke condition in the cellar of the hospital

Building is interconnected

2nd alarm transmitted - on the 2nd alarm transmitted for fire in the 9 story building, Brooklyn transmitted the 10-76 due to policy which gives the fire additional special units

Div. 11 reports fire in the basement and ductwork - flames showing from the 5th floor ducts - smoke condition on all floors.

FC: Car 7 reports fire is on a 5th floor shaft, possibly due to hot work being done in the cellar of the building. Patients have been evacuated and MERV is located on 9th Avenue. CO levels are dropping and companies are venting upper floors.
