Div. 1 reports a gas explosion in a 5 story mixed bldg with fire extending to the second floor

Both R1 and R2 responding, R2 responding on the major collapse response with TL146 as the SOC truck

Looks like rescue 2 is running an e-one, anyone no who was running rescue 7 the Mack/General saftey spare rescue, also looks like hazmat 1's second piece is down also
