Odd seeing 76 relocated. They normally don?t leave Tottenville hanging out to dry like that. Were they relocated for as well?

Ladder  76 is allowed to be relocated or sent  anywhere ...Engine 151 however  is awhole different animal..if 151 goes 10-99 on a box(operating  30 mins or more) they get a relocator  and they cannot be relocated.
