Holloway is an idiot. He's going to toe the city's line. You should watch his testimony in front of the city council from a few weeks ago.
 
I was at this fire recording, it was a very big response with units from Manhattan and queens. I have a nice video of all the units that responded as well as the two houses that were on fire. If anyone would like to see it I can post it in the video section.
